Agreement to these terms

These terms are between you and DEEG Consulting LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Rank On Maps. By using rankonmaps.io, submitting an application, booking a call, opening our chat widget or receiving messages from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

If you engage us for services, you will also sign a separate services agreement. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, the services agreement wins for anything to do with the engagement itself.

What we do

We are a local search studio working with home service contractors. Our work covers Google Business Profile optimization, map pack ranking, local SEO, AI search visibility and market expansion. The scope of any particular engagement is whatever the signed services agreement says it is, not what a page on this site describes in general terms.

Applying and booking a call

Applying costs nothing and commits neither side to anything. We use what you tell us to decide whether we are a fit, and we decline work regularly, including on capacity and territory grounds. Submitting an application does not create a client relationship.

You agree that the information you give us is accurate, and that the contact details you give us are yours to give. When you give us a phone number or email address you are asking us to contact you on it about your enquiry.

Engagements and fees

Fees, billing cycle, term and notice periods are set out in the services agreement you sign. They are not published here. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees are payable in advance, are exclusive of taxes, and are non-refundable for work already performed.

SMS messaging program terms

Rank On Maps operates a text messaging program for people who have asked to hear from us. These are the terms of that program.

What the program is. We send text messages about an enquiry you have made, a call you have booked, and the progress of an engagement with us. If you have separately agreed to it, we also send occasional marketing messages about our services. We do not send messages on behalf of anyone else and we do not sell messaging access to third parties.

How you join. You join by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted on it, which happens when you submit an application or a form on our site, give your number to us on a call, or text us first. We never buy mobile numbers and we never add a number without the number holder's consent. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing anything from us.

How often we message. Message frequency varies and depends on what you are in the middle of with us. During an active enquiry or engagement it may be several messages a week. Outside of one it is infrequent.

Cost. We do not charge for the messages. Message and data rates may apply, and those are set by your mobile carrier, not by us. Check your plan.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop sending them. You will receive one final message confirming the opt-out and then nothing further. You can also email hello@rankonmaps.io and ask us to remove your number. Opting out of marketing messages does not end a services agreement, and we may still need to reach you by email or phone about an active engagement.

How to rejoin. If you opt out and change your mind, reply START or UNSTOP, or tell us by email.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message from us, or email hello@rankonmaps.io. We will reply with support contact details and tell you how to opt out.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that any particular message arrives. The program may not be supported on every carrier.

Your number and your privacy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are treated as described in our privacy policy. In short: no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

Keep your number current. Tell us if your mobile number changes. Numbers get recycled, and if you stop using a number without telling us we may unknowingly message whoever gets it next.

Email

We send email for the same reasons we send text messages. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Transactional email about an active engagement, such as a report or an invoice, will still be sent.

No guarantee of rankings

We do not guarantee any particular Google ranking, position, traffic volume, lead volume or revenue outcome. Nobody controls the Google algorithm, and Google's own guidance says to avoid anyone who promises a specific ranking. Any figure on this site, in a case study or in a proposal describes what happened for a specific business in a specific market at a specific time. It is not a forecast for yours.

Where a case study shows a dollar figure, the page states whether it is verified against a client's own invoicing or modeled from measured leads against a stated close rate and job value, and it shows the arithmetic. Modeled figures are illustrations, not promises.

What we do commit to is grid-verified reporting, so you can check what actually moved rather than take our word for it.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your business, and tell us when it changes
• Give us the access we need to do the work, and keep it active for the term
• Make sure anything you ask us to publish is true and yours to publish
• Hold the licenses, registrations and insurance your trade requires
• Respond to the leads the work produces, because we cannot book jobs for you

You keep ownership of your Google Business Profile, your domain and your accounts. We work inside them with your permission and you can withdraw that permission at any time.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, layout, graphics and the Rank On Maps name and logo, belongs to us. You may not copy, republish or resell it without our written permission. Reading it, quoting it with attribution, and linking to it are all fine.

Content we create for you as part of a paid engagement is yours once it is paid for, as set out in the services agreement. Our underlying methods, templates, tooling and know-how remain ours.

Third party platforms

Our work depends on platforms we do not control, including Google, and on their rules, which change without notice. We are not responsible for a suspension, a policy change, an algorithm update or an outage on a platform we do not own. We will tell you when one affects your account and what we are doing about it.

Rank on Maps is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Google, Google Maps and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to scrape it at a volume that degrades it, to probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, to impersonate anyone, or to submit an application under false details. We will decline or end service where a business asks us to publish something false, to build fake locations, or to obtain reviews improperly.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or tax advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or lost business opportunity, arising from the site or our services, even if we were told such damages were possible.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Where you have paid us nothing, our total liability is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits. Where that is the case, they apply to the maximum extent permitted and nothing here removes a right you cannot legally give up.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, from content or information you gave us to publish, or from your use of the site in a way these terms do not permit.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the site at any time if you breach these terms. Ending an engagement is governed by the services agreement. The sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law survive.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, and both sides submit to them.

Before filing anything, tell us about the problem at hello@rankonmaps.io and give us 30 days to fix it. Most disputes end there and it costs neither side anything to try.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms when what we do changes. The date at the top is the date of the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. If a change materially affects an active engagement, we will tell you directly.
